This past week, LUKSO announced their asian tour. With the release of their new website and plenty of upcoming milestones to hit, it seems like the perfect time. Other things that happened this week were the start of token.com’s $LYX challenges, KEEZ’s FWB Fest summary, opening of various language channels, social minting on Upage, and Gitcoin teasing LUKSO. LUKSO Goes international: Getting Asian Market Exposure
The LUKSO team is heading to Asia and they have planned meetups, dev talks, side events, and plenty of time to book in-person meetings with our team. The stops on the tour include Tokyo, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Bangkok, and India.

FWB Fest was a Huge Success for LUKSO and we have the Scoop
Early this August Friends with Benefits hosted their FWB Fest, a three-day music and tech gathering held on California’s picturesque Idyllwild Arts Academy campus. Two LUKSO team members were in attendance and they had plenty of updates. In an effort to summarize the event, I sat down with them and produced a blog post with all the important highlights. The LUKSO Conversations is Spreading Globally
Fawn and Jordy have set up lots of international language hubs for the global LUKSO community. There’s already a bunch of languages covered, you can join them here. If you’d like to help launch another that’s not open yet, just let them know!
Social Minting on Universal Page
Universal Page released a new experimental feature they are calling social minting. It seems it enables comments when mints are live and there are multiple people on the drop page at once. Enabling you to socialize with other minters around you during the drop. I have yet to use it and there isn’t much info about it out there yet, but sounds cool.
Gitcoin Teasing its Upcoming Grant Rounds with LUKSO
Gitcoin has new rounds launching on Gitcoin soon, and they are keeping it sort of secretive. The hint is its layer-1 EVM blockchain is a pink powerhouse that is fusing lifestyle and decentralized tech for the next wave of Web3. I think I know.
